Can I play without internet?

Yes. The whole game runs offline. Internet is needed only when you choose to watch a reward ad.

Can I move my progress to another device?

Not at the moment. Progress lives only on your device, because there is no account system and nothing is sent to a server. That is a deliberate choice.

My purchases disappeared

The "Restore purchases" button in the shop brings back permanent purchases. If that does not help, check that you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account, then write to us.

My saved seconds are gone

Seconds in the piggy bank only go down when you spend them; they never reset on their own. If you set your device clock backwards, the daily top-up pauses — but what you saved stays.

How do I change the language?

The game follows your device language. 52 languages are supported; if yours is not among them, the game starts in German.

Can I turn ads off completely?

Yes. With the "Ad-free" purchase or a subscription, ad breaks no longer appear. There are never ads in the middle of play — between two moves — and never right after you complete a level.

Where do I change my ad preferences?

In the game under Settings › Ad preferences. Change the iOS tracking permission under iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. More in the privacy policy.
