In short: No account, no sign-up. Your progress stays on your device. TOVROX is free and shows ads through our ad partner Unity, which processes technical device data. Personalized ads only with your consent — and you can change that anytime in Settings.

What stays on your device
Game data and settings — best score, Adventure progress and stars, collected seconds, theme, language, sound and your ad choice — are stored only on your device in the operating system's standard storage. We run no server of our own and do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising
TOVROX is funded by ads. They are served by Unity Technologies (Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource, and Unity Ads) together with its partners. When an ad is loaded or shown, Unity may process:
- device identifiers: the identifier for vendor (IDFV) and — only if you allow tracking in iOS — the advertising identifier (IDFA),
- IP address and the country derived from it,
- device and connection details such as model, operating system, language, screen and network,
- ad interactions, usage, performance and diagnostic data.
Purposes: serving and measuring ads, limiting how often they repeat, preventing fraud and — only with your consent — personalizing ads.
Legal bases (EU/EEA): we ask for your consent for personalized ads and for reading the advertising identifier (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). Unity relies on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for non-personalized delivery and fraud prevention.
Your choice: on first launch TOVROX asks whether you allow personalized ads. You can change this anytime under Settings › Ad preferences. On iPhone and iPad the system also asks for tracking permission; change it under iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you decline, the game stays exactly the same — ads just aren't personalized. No feature and no reward depends on your consent.
Ad-free: with the "Ad-free" purchase or a subscription, ad breaks no longer appear.
International transfers: Unity may process data outside the EU, in particular in the United States. The safeguards Unity uses are described in its policies: Game Player and App User Privacy Policy · Unity Privacy Policy · Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment details never reach us; the app only learns that a purchase was completed.
No analytics of our own
We include no analytics or tracking tool of our own and keep no user accounts. The ad processing described above is the only data transfer.
Children
TOVROX is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future — most easily under Settings › Ad preferences. Because we store no personal data ourselves, requests about ad data usually concern Unity (DPO@unity3d.com), but you can always contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes are announced here before the corresponding app update.
